On-Line and In-Person Classes, Workshops and Support Groups

Free Classes and Support Groups

We offer in-person and online classes and support groups to help education and love our community. Our community education outreach and our support groups are a reminder that there is always love there for you, especially if in-home services are not right for you. This is a space where we can learn and grow together and love one another through.

and available you and your group.

Sample Classes and Support Groups

Infant Care & Comfort Cues

Certified Postpartum Doula, Social and Emotional Learning Specialist and Dietitian, Katie Cavuto MS, RD, will lead this support group meant to help you connect with your child, yourself and new parents too. We will cover topics including comforting your baby and reading their cues, feeding support for breastfeeding and bottle feeding, sleep support for baby and you, and any other questions you may bring to the room. These classes will help you get-to-know you infant, baby or toddler (we will have age approraite groups) and yourself too as we trouble shoot day-to-day care questions and connect with you important community resources to help you feel more empowered in you!

Caregiver Support Groups

Certified Postpartum Doula and Social and Emotional Learning Specialist Katie Cavuto MS, RD, helps facilitate this support group that is intended to help caregivers unwind. No matter the type of care you provide, be it family support, professional caregiving, or doula support, you will be received with an open-heart as together, we hold space for one another and the experiences our hearts hold as we care for others. This is a space where all caregivers can feel cared for.

About Our Doulas and Caregivers

Our doulas and caregivers bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to all that they do. They are gifted a gifted group that are committed to helping others in a compassionate and loving way and they have an innate desire to continually learn and grow too!

Our doulas are fully insured, Infant and Adult CPR and First Aid Certified and have background checks and care appropriate certifications that we are happy to provide to you.

Honoring You provides free support groups for our doulas as well as other caregivers in our community as we are constantly looking for ways to support one another and learn from one another too.
