These classes are a reminder that you're not alone and there is plenty of love available for you! This is a space where we can learn and grow together and love one another through the experiences we're having.

All classes are Pay-What-You-Can and donation based too, so signing up for a class to care for yourself helps another person receive care too.​

We would love to host a support group or educational class for you or your community! We look forward to hearing from you and to planning a class or event that is specific to your groups needs.
