Honoring You is about so much more than just doula care. We aim to honor each and every person involved in our organization, from the people we care for to our donors, volunteers and employees.
Our Sustainable Wage Program ensures our Doulas always receive a sustainable wage and 100% of the fee.
We aim to honor the rates of all of the individuals that serve Honoring You, from our doulas and supplemental care providers to our administrative team; creating opportunities for care and a financially supportive environment for our entire community.
